My Story
Introducing Nova!!
Female DOB: July 2025 (Estimated)
Meet Nova, the adorable and affectionate cat who loves to follow her favourite human around the house. With her striking white tabby fur, she's not only a visual delight but also a captivating personality that brings joy to everyone she encounters. Nova possesses an insatiable curiosity and a playful nature that keeps her engaged and entertained throughout the day. She adores following her foster mom wherever she goes, whether it's from room to room or simply lounging on the couch, always eager to be part of the action. This sweet feline is the epitome of a lap cat, providing the warmth and companionship that you have always wanted in a pet!
Nova's journey began when she was surrendered to our rescue on March 20, 2026, by a previous owner who found it increasingly difficult to care for her. This transition marked a new chapter in her life, one filled with hope and the promise of finding a loving forever home.
Health and Wellness
Nova is a healthy 1-year-old, which means she is at a wonderful age where she has matured into a delightful young adult but still possesses an abundance of energy and playfulness to share with her new family.
She is microchipped, a crucial safety feature that ensures she can always find her way back home should she ever get lost. This small yet significant step provides peace of mind for any pet owner, knowing that their beloved companion has a greater chance of being reunited with them if they wander off.
All her vaccinations have been updated, providing her with the necessary protection against common feline diseases. This proactive approach is essential for her overall health and well-being, allowing her to live a vibrant and active life free from preventable illnesses.
A thorough vet wellness check has been completed, confirming that she is in excellent health and ready to transition into a new home without any immediate health concerns. This comprehensive evaluation ensures that her new family can focus on bonding and enjoying their time together rather than worrying about health issues.
Social Skills
After a three-month stay in foster care, Nova had the invaluable opportunity to refine her social skills, allowing her to blossom into the affectionate cat she is today. During her time in foster care, she learned the importance of companionship and developed a playful rapport with other animals, which enriched her character and prepared her for the next chapter of her life. Her foster family dedicated time to help her socialize, introducing her to various experiences and interactions that have made her a well-rounded companion.
She is fantastic with kids, dogs, and other cats. This friendly demeanor makes her an ideal pet for families or individuals looking to add a loving and sociable member to their household. Nova's ability to adapt and thrive in different environments speaks volumes about her resilient spirit and her eagerness to connect with others. Whether she is playfully chasing after a toy, curling up in a sunny spot, or engaging in gentle play with her furry friends, Nova is sure to bring joy and warmth to her forever home.
