My Story
FEMALE | DOB: Sept 2024(Estimated)
Robin is a female mom cat, primarily characterized by her striking calico coat, which is predominantly white. This beautiful domestic short-haired cat exhibits a charming blend of colors that not only makes her visually appealing but also reflects the unique genetic patterns found in calico cats.
Her fur is short and sleek, typical of the domestic short-hair breed, which is known for its low maintenance and resilience. The texture of her fur is soft to the touch, indicating that she has been well cared for, and her overall appearance suggests a healthy and active feline.
This caring mother cat has two kittens who are currently 7 months old. The bond between the mother and her kittens is evident; she is protective yet nurturing, ensuring that they receive the care and attention they need as they grow.
The female mom cat has a friendly demeanor, which makes her approachable and easy to handle. She seems to enjoy human interaction and does not shy away from being picked up, indicating a well-adjusted temperament. Her sociable nature suggests that she has been exposed to humans and possibly other pets, which contributes to her calm and friendly attitude.
Unfortunately, this lovely cat and her kittens were surrendered by a family who faced a challenging situation. The family had a large dog, and they feared for the safety of the mom cat and her kittens, believing that their presence could potentially lead to harm. This decision, although difficult, was made out of concern for the well-being of all animals involved. The family’s choice to surrender her highlights the importance of responsible pet ownership and the need for a secure environment for both cats and dogs.
