My Story

Male | DOB: April 25, 2026

Salvatore is one of our delightful 17 kittens currently residing at our rescue center. He hails from a lively litter of five adorable siblings and has been under the loving care of one of our dedicated foster volunteers. For the past two months, Salvatore has been living harmoniously with his mother and his other siblings, creating a nurturing environment that has allowed them to thrive. This charming little kitten was born right here at our rescue, as we discovered his mother while she was still pregnant, prompting us to provide her with a safe and comfortable space to give birth and raise her kittens.

Salvatore is not just any kitten; he is bursting with energy and personality. His playful antics and vocal nature make it clear that he always has something to express, whether it’s a playful meow or a cheeky pounce. It’s almost as if he must be secretly lifting weights in his cage when we’re not watching, given his impressive strength and agility for such a young age! His playful spirit and zest for life make him a joy to be around, and he is always ready for the next adventure, whether that involves chasing after a toy or engaging in a spirited wrestling match with his siblings.

This kitten needs to go with another kitten at our rescue or can be adopted if you have another cat under the age of five. We emphasize the importance of never adopting kittens as solitary pets. Kittens thrive in pairs; adopting them together helps them develop essential social skills that are crucial as they grow. This companionship not only keeps them entertained and engaged but also significantly reduces the likelihood of unwanted behaviors such as biting and scratching, which can sometimes stem from boredom or loneliness. Furthermore, having a playmate means they can keep each other company, leading to happier and healthier pets overall. If you already have an older cat, bringing home two kittens can actually help maintain harmony in your household, as they can bond and play together while your older cat can enjoy their youthful energy from a distance.

Salvatore has already received one vaccination, ensuring he is on the right path to a healthy life. Additionally, he is scheduled to be neutered at the end of July, which is an important step for his health and behavior. The adoption fee covers all necessary expenses, including all vaccinations, the neuter/spay procedure, wellness checks by our veterinary team, and a microchip for safe identification. We believe in providing comprehensive care for our animals, ensuring that each adoption is not just a transaction but a commitment to the well-being of the pet and the family that welcomes them into their home.
